When it comes to building six pack abs most of the people make a mistake of concentrating on stomach exercise. Just putting efforts on stomach exercise without caring about the nutritional value in your diet will give you zero output. Only exercise alone can not help you in getting you the six pack abs. Major role in getting abs is played by your diet. If your diet contains all junk food, oily food, high sugar content then it is very much unhealthy and will ruin all your efforts that you are putting in training. Rather than eating sugar that is available in market called white sugar go for natural sources of it like honey and fruits. Major role between diet and training is played by diet in building six pack abs.

To get the six pack abs you need to drop all the fat that exists around your waist. If you have your fat gathered then it will not be possible for you to see the abs. So the first step before making abs is to cut the fat. For reducing fats stomach exercise will not work you need to go for cardio at least four times in a week.
