By following all these activities you can easily remove all the extra fat collected in your body.
These activities are fat burning activities like running, brisk walking, swimming, aerobics etc. The amount of fat in your body also depends on the type of food you are eating. If you are generally eating with high caloric value then it can be very much unhealthier and will increase the amount of fat in your body. You will not be able to see the result in two or three days. It needs lot of patience after a period of two or three weeks after following these steps you will be able to see some improvements in you body.
